Linking Families and Communities seeks applications from organizations for programs and services to increase the quality and/or capacity of child care environments in the Calhoun, Pocahontas and/or Webster County area. Proposals must address one of the following:
Expansion of a child care facility,
Equipment or minor facility improvements,
Business practice supports,
Curriculum supports, or
Supports for a skilled child care workforce.
Eligible applicants include:
Nonprofit child care centers having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS,
For profit child care centers, or
Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.
Applications are due August 26th, 2020. Please preview the application and assurances prior to submitting our online Child Care Application.
Awards will be made between October 2020 and January 2021. Contracts will have a termination date of June 30, 2021.
